are you connecting this to iSeries? if so, make sure it is listed in
IBM's Knowledge Base. Brand name alone doesn't do it.

Subject: [PCTECH] Small workgroup copier?

Need suggestions on replacing a RICOH 1013F printer/copier/fax used in a
parts area. FAX isn't required. Printer has 50,000 pages, copier 20,000
pages and FAX 59 pages in 3 years. The machine has been problematic from
day one with frequent jamming and feeding problems. I'd prefer to get a
stand-alone printer and copier.

I have no trouble specing out just a printer, as I probably buy two a
month - everything from a $6,000 XEROX 7750 Phaser to a $200 HP inkjet.
Can anyone recommend a small office copier though? HR usually handles our
copiers, but I think I'm better in tune with the needs of our users and if
I can find a decent personal or workgroup copier, I can cut HR out of the
equation.

Thanks in advance,

Bryan Burns
