Scott, I'm on 6.5.4. There's a Notes developer who sits right next to me who said it was a 5 minute job to give me a sorting function. But I'm only the 6th user (all M.I.S. staff) to be migrated to Notes so management is not inclined to make any individual changes right now. Down the road, this would be an individual change? Our network admin is under the impression that the change I'm requesting would be done on a server template, but the template would be overwritten when applying upgrades. How problematic are individual changes vs. template changes with regards to upgrades of Notes? Can admins who are not developers perform template changes easily? I assume a non-developer cannot make individual file changes. In the older versions it was not an option by default. I do believe in 6.5 or 7 they added it in. If you know a notes developer, they can go into your mail file and make it available in the older versions. There was a reason for it not being there, but don't remember why right now. -- Scott J Bryan_Burns@xxxxxxxxxxxx wrote: > I migrated from a Microsoft Outlook e-mail client to a Notes Domino > client recently and I'm loving it!
