Sort by subject with Notes email client

I  migrated from a Microsoft Outlook e-mail client to a Notes Domino 
client recently and I'm loving it!  The Domino client seems to be much 
better written than the Outlook client.  It's feature rich too.  I'm not 
really involved in the migrations and from a user perspective, I'd say 
it's a no-brainer to go to Notes instead of Outlook if given a choice. The 
network guys migrated my files while I went to lunch and within a few 
minutes of returning from lunch I was sending and receiving e-mails with 
the Notes client. 

One big issue I have though,  is that there does not appear to be a way 
for me to sort mail by subject, as there is with Exchange.  I find sorting 
by subject is especially useful for some of the midrange mailings lists. 
Any suggestions?
