The punch down stuff at Home Depot or Lowes, is easier like David said, but... Just take the wires, flatten them out between your thumb and forefinger in the order you want, I usually work them back and forth, they'll eventually want to stay there. Then, just slide them in. It takes a few tries. Just don't crimp until you're sure they are in there right.
