Outlook 2003 icon is missing after HIBERNATION.

Greetings,

I manually started hibernation on my PC this morning.  When turning it on 
again, everything is cool but my MS Outlook 2003 icon is gone from the 
desktop.  What happened?  I have rebooted the PC (just in case) but the 
icon never appeared.

Do you think I need to create a shortcut to the executable file or is 
there a correct way of fixing this?
