To prevent some users from getting to the web, we put in a static IP address and a false gateway instead of using DHCP. However, maintaining the static IP addresses is a lot of work. Sometimes devices go out for repair and the address is wiped out and then the device has to be reconfigured. Is there any way to lock down external browsing without using a static IP address? I don't see a place to put in a gateway if I select DHCP. Right now I have ten Falcon 4400 Windows CE Color Mobile computers I need to lock down and I'd prefer to use DHCP.
