Any other PAYPAL competitors?

Hi all!

I am looking for other options besides PAYPAL.  Currently, I am using 
their services to allow people to give online donations but for every 
donation, there is a 2.69% fee for every dollar donated + 0.75 cents 
processing fee. 

Is there any other service out there that has lower fees or FREE of 
charge?
