With regard to buying a Dell, if you can speak Indian you'll be okay. Long story short I made a Dell purchase 3 years ago and found out their tech support is offshore. They don't speak English very well and getting help is a nightmare. Call their tech support before laying your money down and see if they're still doing that. I tell everyone - DON'T BUY DELL!! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Peter Vidal" <Peter_Vidal@xxxxxxxx> To: <pctech@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, April 15, 2004 2:36 PM Subject: [PCTECH] PDA: Which is the best one...the best price? > Hi, > > I am going back to college and I need to by a PDA for the basic business > stuff ASAP: Windows, word, excel, email, handwriting capability and under > $300.00.
