Yes, Chuck it's incredibly difficult... Not... In JavaScript 1.2 or above, it would look like: var winX = screen.width; var winY = screen.height; if (winX <= '640') {... yada... yada... Thanks so much John. That does indeed explain this "weird" behavior ! Is it that hard to check for something like that and adjust ? I wouldn't think so since EVERYONE ELSE seems to be doing it... And for THAT site of all sites considering they are GUARANTEED to have among THE most diverse of people and PC's (i.e. OS's and browser versions, etc.) of any... Thanks ! A resolution of 1024x768 or higher will cause "Fitted" HTML to display on the left side of the browser. ESPN has always been guilty of this, despite my many e-mails and offers to fix it for them. That is why I always check up to this resolution for any web-sites that I do. John Brandt iStudio400.com -----Original Message----- From: Wills, Mike N. He fired up IE and went to ESPN's website (so read in more detail about our Colt's mess yesterday.) and it only showed on about 2/3's of the screen with the right hand side "missing". So he went to PC World and ZDNET and it was fine on them. Then he went to Comcast (his cable provider) and it showed even smaller and in the very middle of the screen. And here we go with offshore support. He called Compaq tech support and spoke to 6 different people and said he could basically understand none of them (accents). This is no knock on our international friends ! He is a patient person but ended up hanging up on them. As he noted, the sad thing is, he gives up on tech support and is willing to live with the problem. I am get him the URL for Compaq's web-based tech support because I have never had any problems with them. So does anyone have any idea what would be causing this behavior ?
