I found that strange too.
And good that IBM uses a key manager for the certificates.
I went through the hoops to use secured email, and I *think* I understand
why no one uses secured email.
(I see it as a solution to spam, years from now)

This may have changed over the years with some vendors.
Now, I am curious if IBM missed that? Will the iSeries version do this?
