If you are still getting :
curl-config: command not found

curl-config is part of
curl-devel-7.76.1-2.ppc64 : curl development files

curl is part of
curl-7.65.3-4.ppc64 : command line tool and library for transferring data with URLs

two different packages.

i used "yum provides curl-config"
and "yum provides curl"
