Obviously, the program is formulating a shell command and the command is
badly formatted such that something intended to be an option argument to
some command ends up appearing to the shell to be a command itself.

Perhaps it's something as simple as your program reaches the "wrong" shell
and needs to have some env var set so it gets the shell it wants at runtime.

If this is a composer-installed module or something of that sort, you may
have to dig thru the source and find what's what.

If this is your code modeled on some example source, you should post your
source, probably on https://ibmioss.ryver.com in the PHP topic.
