Zend DBI has documentation in the zip file I believe.

No docs yet on Postgres set up or if it works with Community PHP yet.

I had some familiarity with Postgres so I was able to get it to work but have not created any docs.

From my initial tests, the Postgres install from IBM works fine.

Took a little bit of messing around but it seems to work.
