Yeah, I saw some stuff in the ICF manuals myself...

However, the OP was asking about BATCH as opposed to COMMUNICATION prestart
jobs...

Not sure if ICF is involved there or not...

I know I've kind of look for the info myself a few times, would be great to
have the OS responsible for starting additional and/or restarting my own
NEP jobs....
