Surely it's no coincidence that this happens to be 2**33 - 1.
Seems like an endianness issue. I've confirmed that the actual number
of rows affected can be calculated from the `rowcount` attribute as
follows:
real_rowcount = given_rowcount >> 32
Further, the following relationship holds:
real_rowcount, 2**32 - 1 == divmod(given_rowcount, 2**32)
I would imagine this is an easy fix.
