Those are the SSH commands (which I prefer). You can also use iACS (Tools->Open Source Package Management). iACS still uses SSH, but it gives a GUI with tabs showing installed, available and updatable packages.

python3-pandas.ppc64 is the same package, it just includes the
architecture. yum will append this when using various commands.
