Yes, IBM has, and because they have, now you can too, very easily.

My environment is IBM i on version 7.3 having python 2.7 & 3.4 installed.

I strongly recommend abandoning those. 5733-OPS is completely
deprecated. Use this instead:

You will have pandas installed in no time.
