chrome seems to work as well as bitvise, which I use on windows, minus the
delete key not working properly. I'm sure there's a fix in some config
file for that. ;)

it's hard to get used highlighting and clicking for copy/paste only.. then
remembering what client/application you're using and if you need ctl-c,
etc..haha.

I'd be curious if the 8 character limit is a fall over from the Sys3x days

It's an AIX thing.

ps... chrome ssh shell... what's the verdict? I kinda like it!

The only one I like is gitforwindows.org when it's used at the integrated
shell in VSCode (n1) (copy/paste works as expected).

Ok, I got it working with the update to the sshd config file. I am not
sure how, but I'm in now..

ugh.. :)

I'd be curious if the 8 character limit is a fall over from the Sys3x
days
or if it's an sshd issue, though. I thought we were long past the days
of
10 and especially 8 character stuff (besides libs/objects/mbrs) on the
IBM
i.

But I guess if the pase shell calls it AS400, its ok? ;)
