thanks James. I installed the PTF and am now getting on V7.3:

BootLoader constants: OS=os/400, ARCH=ppc64, WS=unknown, NL=en_US

I wiped out my directory in UserData but sill get the same error.

Our work to provide IBM i language enhancements to Orion continues with the
release of PTF SI63852. This PTF is built using Orion 13 as a base and adds
syntax highlighting support for CL, COBOL, DDS, and UIM. Additionally, the
free-form RPG support that was introduced in Orion 11 now includes the
ON-EXIT opcode and the MAX and MIN built-in functions from the latest
updates to the RPG language.
