[IBMiOSS] Orion 13 and IBM i language updates - PTF SI63852



In case this is of interest to anyone in the community.

Our work to provide IBM i language enhancements to Orion continues with the
release of PTF SI63852. This PTF is built using Orion 13 as a base and adds
syntax highlighting support for CL, COBOL, DDS, and UIM. Additionally, the
free-form RPG support that was introduced in Orion 11 now includes the
ON-EXIT opcode and the MAX and MIN built-in functions from the latest
updates to the RPG language.
