"It can be daunting to dive into this the first time"
And there's the rub...
As soon as I can get through this book I am working on I REALLY want to
tackle two things:
Get some clear, concise, unambiguous, consolidated documentation on
getting started with Open Source on IBM i by language and product. Not sure
how, exactly, to organize and update it but the poor, dispersed
documentation that is available for IBM i/PASE can kill the enthusiasm of
first timers...
Dig into what is currently available to manage, deploy and install IBM i
projects of all types and figure out a way to get it as close to drop dead
simple as possible.
I am not the only one on this bandwagon so I look forward to some
improvement and progress.....

Yes, getting them to support Relic is the real plan.. but we still need
people to publish their projects too.
From n1, I found an extra 3 projects which I will work on contributing
to
so I can add them to Relic.
Cheers,
Liam Allan

Wasn't sure if you were looking to get more packages available via RELIC
(I
hope you are!), but there are a number of RPG tools on the Bitbucket open
source wiki(n1) that aren't on the RELIC supported packages page(n2).
For
example, ILEUnit and RPGUnit.
