You should install all 15 options of 5733OPS to your machine. They are on the distribution media. There is nothing there of course for most of them but the fact that they are there means those PTFs have a place to land and thus the group PTF 'installs' the new pieces.

At this point if you've already done the Group then install the additional LPP options and then reload the group.
