Looks like my OpenSSH build script missed disabling privilege separation. If you had already set up an sshd_config file previously, you wouldn't be affected since the sshd_config would have been copied over from etc_template/ to etc/ already and wouldn't have been changed by the PTF.

I'll fix this in the next OpenSSH PTF. For now, you can just change the value to "no" in /QOpenSys/QIBM/UserData/SC1/OpenSSH/etc/sshd_config
