IBM CEs do not have cleaning tapes so they cannot help you.

As to your first question; I can only think of one of those tape devices in
the entire southeast Wisconsin area that's on a machine that's actually
still in use. There are several on machines that have been abandoned but
not yet decommissioned.

production and the price has now tripled?

Can I just call IBM when it needs cleaning?
