I just read an article in SD Times (the print version) which rated COBOL
code as the highest in quality and other features. I believe the article
is basically the same as the one at: http://www.sdtimes.com/link/34753

The print version included a chart that really drove the point home. (I
also find it interesting that the printed form differs so much from what's
on their website. Guess there's still something to be said for us
dinosaurs who code in COBOL and like printed magazines/newspapers/etc.)

COBOL on the Rise?

ReadWriteWeb just posted an article (http://murl.me/17q) on the
programming
languages on the rise. COBOL was in the top 10. Looks like companies are
now
trying to replace positions that they cut/forced into retirement now.
