I'm senior administrator for a 'Silverlake' shop, and our choice of programming languages is Cobol. We have 50 offices around the world, almost all with System I boxes and Cobol programmers on staff at each location.

languages on the rise. COBOL was in the top 10. Looks like companies are now
trying to replace positions that they cut/forced into retirement now.
