The commercial wording is confusing as you are using it for your company and
not personally, I'm assuming. You cannot resell or include in anything that
you would resell. In other words you cannot make a dime from their
generosity. you are also assuming the responsibility of anything that can go
wrong and that its not supported...something you cannot do without their

In searching for web services, I see a lot of them say "free for
non-commercial use." What constitutes commercial/non-commercial use?
Including it in a product you sell, or a service you provide for a fee,
constitutes commercial use to me.
Does commercial use equate to "business use" and non-commercial equate to
"residential use"? That's what I thought at first blush, but I don't think
What about internal only use? Like using a web service to standardize
addresses in your database? How about retrieving geocoding information via
a webservice that is then stored in an internal database? That seems
noncommercial to me.
