The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

In searching for web services, I see a lot of them say "free for
non-commercial use." What constitutes commercial/non-commercial use?
Including it in a product you sell, or a service you provide for a fee,
constitutes commercial use to me.
Does commercial use equate to "business use" and non-commercial equate to
"residential use"? That's what I thought at first blush, but I don't think
that's it.
What about internal only use? Like using a web service to standardize
addresses in your database? How about retrieving geocoding information via
a webservice that is then stored in an internal database? That seems
noncommercial to me.
Thanks.
