Currently V5R3 on POWER5 & 5+. Moving to i6.1 over the coming months, barring issues with object conversion. No real reason for us to move to V5R4 unless we run into major issues with i6.1.
If you're going to go through the pain/hassle of upgrading, get as current as you possibly can.
