Do you guys laugh at all the disabled or only those with speech problems?

In the context of this thread, I read the message to mean the support person
had English as a secondary language and was not easy to understand from an
accent standpoint, not a speech impediment.  And I think we've all had that
experience when talking to some support desk or telemarketer.
