I'm just curious, Bill, and am not sure I entirely disagree.  (Did Not know
about Panama, and would not like to guess at the answer to Paul Nelson's
question.)-;

Do you think China or Russia has the better military??  Not that Russia is a
Real close allie of the U.S. but then, the Nato countries are not Always
that great of allies either.
