Also, keep in mind that they have the ability to easily point medium range 
missiles at us from Panama. Slick Willie Clinton gave permission for the 
Panamanians to issue the canal operations contract to a Chinese company. 
Wanna bet that the missiles are already there?

Ken, 

Bravo!

We are building the next superpower, we're handing them the $ to build the 
next irresistible military and economic power that will eventually 
dominate the planet, only they have the population numbers to do it in 
addition to the future military might.  When you consider that their 
country's population is 10 times what ours is, and that they have a 
history of imperialism and knowing that they feel superior to the rest of 
the world, it will only be a matter of time that they'll feel in the 
position to be able to take whatever they want anywhere in the world. 
I think our government's and our business association with China is a 
betrayal of national security and is a greater long-term threat than some 
that we face today.
