Actually, that's not all that surprising. Google also changes it's behavior based on where it *THINKS* you are... when I connect to google.com from home, everything works as I expect. If, however, I connect to my companies corporate VPN, and visit google.com, I get redirected to google.ca ... yes, the corporate offices are in Canada ... but why should google make the decision for me that I really want to use their Canadian servers if I go to google.com? david
