After reading all the messages lately from midrange folks about poor service
I thought this hit home:

I recently got an off-brand PC from office depot. I registered it on their
web site.
The CALLED ME the next day just to see if I had any questions or problems!
I was stunned.

Of course, they might have been having a group do that to practice their
American/English accents.
