What technology/ies will be involved other than HTML coding?
Are professional-grade graphic design services and usability
analysis/strategy part of the package?

HTML by itself: Not much.

Hi Folks,

Anyone have any information as to the "going rate" (i.e. how much an hour)
is average to develop a website ?

Thanks,

Chuck
