One idea is to register a domain name with catch-all forwarding to a regular
account.  Then you can use absolutely anything for the user name, and even
include the site itself as the user name (eg use foobar@mydomain.net when
registering at www.foobar.com ).   This helps make is easy to remember, and just
plain obvious where the name came from...

I have around 250 filters defined ... (and works well, but I can't tell where
they got my address).
