Chuck: I tend to agree. Since OS/400 ('AS/400') was not initially on the list and since it's reasonable to assume that any "multiple-vote" inhibitors were in place from the beginning, it can be reasoned that the poll takers expected multiple-vote attempts from their normal public which generally did not include OS/400 proponents. Perhaps it's true that, as someone once said, a thief believes others are thieves. (Of course, that doesn't imply that an honest person doesn't also believe others are thieves.)
