I've got a strange internet case. I'm having a problem with the
internet site http://www.acpl.lib.in.us/ which is the Allen County
(Indiana) Public Library.

I can get to this site at work (Verizon DSL). We have Comcast broadband
at home (which, so far, has worked A-OK during the transfer from @Home
to Comcast's own network) and I _can't_ get to this site through
Comcast. If I use a dial up account from home (Ft Wayne Internet) I can
get there just fine. This is the same PC that I can't get to it via
Comcast. Same browser (Netscape) and no internet settings changes
whatsoever, I just dial Ft Wayne Internet first, then it works.

When I try it through Comcast, it sits for a long time, then a box pops
up saying the server is not responding. It used to work under Comcast
until about 2 weeks ago.

Does this make sense? Does this mean Comcast has some problem? Could
it have something to do with the address ending in ".us"? I'm going to
call Comcast today, but I'm not optimistic about getting a knowledgeable
person . . .
