The point of the lists is to SHARE knowledge ... if posts are made in
foreign languages, then 95% of the people on the list probably can't
benefit from the information.

This is why I set the lists REPLY-TO to the list address ... so when you
reply, the message goes to the list instead of the person who posted the
original.
