I was going with the whole foolproof thing. Not how to actually protect from
even getting the viruses. Besides, not all antivirus programs will pick up
the new virus right away.

To truly protect yourself, you should understand (the basics anyway) how
these viruses work, what they do, and how to identify them. Actively watch
for the virus notification on security groups.
