This is my theory also...

But.. sheweee...!  I musta missed a thread somewhere along the line, because
I never heard of sucha vote on any of these kinda issues.  When and where
was this discussed...?!?  Maybe this discussion was going on the M-L tech
list, which I haven't scanned in a week or so.  Seems like that kind of
discussion would have gone on this list...
