It's also possible to have an outlook folder (user created) reside anywhere
you wish, a local fileserver, hardisk, whatever. But it would still look and
act as it does now.
I have most of my email and folders reside on the mailserver, but one folder
is located on the local filserver, freeing up space on the mailserver.
