More on QSYGETPH...
I believe there are ways to flag a user profile to force whether or not to
make MFA required by QSYGETPH. Apparently there is such a pervasive use of
QSYGETPH that it could be disruptive. So there is a new function
id, QIBM_RUN_UNDER_USER_NO_AUTH, which defaults to not forcing MFA on
QSYGETPH but you add users here you want to force MFA on with QSYGETPH.
There are ways to turn on security auditing to catch where this is
occurring before you implement MFA.
