Found another video. This one was by a gent from IBM Labs. He started
out explaining an IBM Lab product which was supported prior to IBM 7.6.
Since he has a lot of personal sweat in that he ties up too much time on
that. If you're in a time crunch you could skip to 15:30. Serious time
crunch, 19:30. Although there are a few gems in the early part. Yes Duo
is mentioned.

James,
I apologize for recommending that video. Please accept it.
I'll see if I can find a better one.

Be careful of the host table entries trick. I used to have that working
for bing to route to another search engine. MS figured out a way to bypass
the host table.
The official documentation is at

This video starts out a little hokey but will be useful

I know you don't generally subscribe to social media but do you have
to LinkedIn?
What do you mean, "Generally"?
I do boards, and I do list-servers. I don't do social media, and I
routinely install host table entries redirecting those domains to
0.0.0.0, in order to make it more difficult for anybody to trick me
into
accessing their sites.
My main beef specific to LinkedIn is their history of mining their new
subscribers' email address books to find new targets for hard-sell
spam.
That's inexcusable.
Be that as it may, what would be the most helpful would be to find an
online demonstration and/or tutorial for V7R6's MFA feature. Your own
comment that it can be used with Duo (was that based on experience?)
wasn't really any more helpful than the woefully inadequate IBM docs
I've seen on it.
