The Navigator team has been working to help this situation. Within Navigator, under the Network -> Servers -> TLS Configuration
This pages shows the list of supported servers. Under Actions, there is a new Configure TLS Wizard. This wizard, will allow you to point at a valid certificate (from either System DCM Store, or you own Java Store ) select on the desired certificate, select the servers that you want to configure… click though the wizard… in one action all selected servers are updated and configured with the new certificate.
Load the latest HTTP PTF Group to get the latest support.
