CCSID of the file is 1252 (as expected)
If I remember it there is an EBCIDIC to ASCI conversion switch somewhere so downloads look right.
I just can’t find it.

I believe there is a conversion setting somewhere in ACS but I’ll be danged if I can find it. I just don't remember anything anymore.
