Actually , we do have a mail router to Office 365, I'll talk to our Net admin.
(I was hoping to build a tool to automatically re-send multi-step email MSGs if
the user did not execute the next step) - Oh well...

I don't believe so. But if you're using a mail router such as GMail,
Office 365, etc and things are set up properly there should be emails
in the "sent" folder of the account.

only if you mark the message to be saved which can be done at the
command level, user leve, or globally.
