Make sure your ~/.ssh/authorized_keys file still has the CCSID attribute 1208 and hasn't magically acquired a default CCSID encoding like 037.

I had to regen my SSH keys and VS Code for I is connecting. When I try to
connect via SSH on my mac or from IBM iACS menu I receive the following
