Could it possible that in the certificate is stored also the CA, and when i try to import the certificate he try to import also the CA that already exist ??

Probably not, eventually you tried previously to import this server certificate as a CA certificate? Then you get a duplicate now.
Check your CA certificates and if you find this server certificate among them - remove it.
Then try to import this server certificate again.
