R: Import certificate : Error A cryptographic error occurred

Hi
I was thinkig .. could be a CA problem .. the certificate CA is installed
(Sectigo RSA Domain Validation Secure Server CA) one yer ago i installed
without problem the certificate releades always from Sectigo RSA;
questions:
possible i have to update / refresh certificate CA?
how can i check if the CA installed, is ok for this certificate ?

i have tried to save CA from certificate and install on Ibm i, but when in
run the import, i receive this error:
" An error occurred during certificate validation.
The AC certificate containing the public key needed for certificate
validation may not exist in the certificate store. If the AC certificate
exists, make sure it is enabled. "

Help please ...

I have checked :
the transfer was made in binary format
the file CCSID is 819

other suggestions ?
